If there is a high school senior in your life then photos are a perfect accompaniment to Graduation Announcements. You can include them, in your own format, on either traditional invitations or upload to one in digital format. Be sure to consider a photo return address label…they will put a nice finishing touch on your envelope. Again, a photo thank you with your graduates’ cap and gown will be a nice memento.

Perhaps you know someone having a landmark anniversary; this is another good opportunity to utilize a photo. If you are having a party why not incorporate a “before” photo in your invitation? Most people love seeing what a couple married 25 or 50 years earlier looked like as a couple on their wedding day. A great gift for the anniversary couple could be photo thank you notes, with a photo taken among friends and loved ones on the day of their celebration.

If you don’t have any family members or friends that fit any of the above scenarios you could consider incorporating a photo of a new home in your change of address notifications, or introducing a new pet to your friends via a short photo card. If you need a great gift why not collect family photos and create a photo calendar? These can be beautifully laid out and highlight all your birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, etc. This is a gift that will be appreciated for an entire year, and could become a tradition…pretty easy to shop for everyone once you take the time to create your first calendar.

Lastly, if you want to make a lasting impression you should take the time to create an individual photo book. These can be created for family events, new babies, graduations, weddings, anniversaries or just random favorite photos. The software, once downloaded, is easy to manipulate and can provide hours of fun formatting your photos, selecting page backgrounds and adding your copy. This is truly a labor of love, and will be cherished by any friend or loved one who receives it.

So, when you start planning your next special occasion, party or gift, remember photos, photos, photos; they can be part of any printed and personalized life event!
