I love the look and feel of all of my American Stationery product. Only issue I had is that the iris lined envelopes had a pink ink smear on the front in the address area. I've been a customer of American Stationery's for years and have always found their products and service to be top notch. I particularly like the quality of the stationery. The weight, texture, colors and design are especially pleasing.
I've never had an issue the required contacting customer service, but with a product so superior I can't imagine that it would be less than superb.

I'm very happy with the cards, but the envelopes arrived with a pink smudge right in the center of every one! The customer service lady was very nice - I sent a pic from my phone, and I'm now awaiting new envelopes. I think the liner ink was the culprit! (Posted on 7/24/2014)

The color is brighter than pictured -- it is a true periwinkle. Brighter and more intense than I expected. Very pretty, but I would do a different color for font if I'd realized this.
