The note cards I received were exaxtly what I wanted. I have purchased several variations of these cards/envelopes over the past several years and the quality of the materials have not degraded, as happens with so many other products. I love the fact that these notes are just a little bigger than most, and there's plenty of room for saying what needs to be said! The products I ordered (one monogram and one with the full name) were superior, as always from American Stationery.

However, the person who packaged the stationery "messed up." One box did not have the cardboard "lifter" in the bottom that allows the contents to fill the box. In fact, I thought the stationery in that box did not contain the amount of notes and envelopes that I had ordered.

Since both boxes are going to two friends graduating from the same school, I did not want the two gifts to look different. So I called your customer service and the one who answered said she would see that I was sent the cardboard that was missing in the one box. I hope it arrives momentarily as graduation is a little more than three weeks away and I want to wrap and give these gifts to the girls before that day.
