I have used these note cards for years. They are elegant and the perfect size to write a quick note to someone. They aren't cheap and it took a LONG time for them to arrive, so buyer beware. This is the most Southern thing I’ve ever done and I love them! Ignored the reviews and went for the double thick cards. It does not affect the script embossing at all as it’s only embossed on the top layer (two pieces of paper glued together). Also did the return address embossing on the back of the envelopes! The correspondence cards with envelopes I ordered were beautiful, well made, heavy and tasteful. I am rating this product 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the box they arrived in did not fit the product. I ordered two sets of these, one with a black envelope liner and the other with a red envelope liner. The black liner looks great, heavy weight nice gloss. The red liner looks inexpensive it's a flat color and a bit mottled not nearly as elegant as the black liner. The cards look nice and are a heavy weight of paper. (Posted on 9/29/2016)
